PARTY ON THE PO

PO RIVER, ITALY, CRUISE

October 19 - 29 ,2017

You know you cannot go wrong when you add the beauty of Italy to your cruising bucket list. We will spend glorious days and nights touring through the slow and relaxing waters of the Po River in Italy. Stops will include areas of Milan and Venice to just name the highlights. See the complete itinerary attached separately and in the files section as well.

HOW DO I BECOME ONE OF THE LUCKY 130 PEOPLE?

First, you must register with Duo Designs, Inc. (me)to be included in the group and for needlepoint class participation. From there I will forward the appropriate information to our Travel Manager, Elizabeth Wolak who will take care of all the traveling questions, reservations, charges and individual needs.

DUO DESIGNS, INC. REGISTRATION FEE:

A non-refundable registration fee separate from the cruise line charges must be received by Duo Designs, Inc. before inclusion in this specific group by the cruise travel agent. There are two categories of registration fee: Stitchers fee is $200 and non-stitchers fee is $150. A stitcher will receive the additional benefits of the on-board stitching activities. All registrants will be included in all activities designed specifically for our group other than the exclusive class project and teacher assistance (stitchers only).

An optional specific needlepoint class kit consisting of a trip-related painted canvas, threads and materials, and an extensive stitch guide will be extra and will be announced once kit fees are determined. Class kits must be paid for by March 1, 2017.

REFUND: Should cancellation be necessary the registration fee will be refunded less $75 and

only in the event that the space can be filled by another participant.

NOTICE: THIS IS A RIVER CRUISE. THERE IS VERY LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE

SO EARLY RESERVATIONS ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED. Once the registration fee is processed by Duo Designs, Inc. your information will be forwarded to Elizabeth Wolak, Travel Manager, to begin the cruise reservations process.

NEEDLEPOINT OPPORTUNITIES:

A specific designated stitching area will be at our disposal 24/7. This area will be available to our group only.

A needlepoint design is being created exclusively for this journey. It will be made up of a canvas (taped and mounted on regular stretcher bars), fully detailed stitch guide with clear diagrams and illustrations, all materials needed to complete the stitching of the design, and the class time instructions of teacher Sandra Arthur. This is an optional class and must be ordered and paid for by March 1, 2017.

Open stitching is always available in the designated area. Sandy will make as many appearances as possible to answer questions and give assistance on your project as time permits. She will, after all, be touring Italy with the rest of you and teaching the specific class.
